the conference:All flight should
be scheduled to arrive at the Charlotte/Douglas Airport (CLT) in
Charlotte, North Carolina.

Transportation to and from the airport
will only be offered to those flying into the Charlotte/Douglas
Airport and
arriving before 6:00pm Eastern Time on June
23,2011.
Early
Arrivals or Late Departures
The only nights
lodging included in the price of the conference are Thursday
June 23, Friday June 24, and Saturday June 25, 2011.
If you
choose to arrive earlier than Thursday June 23,2011 or depart later
than Sunday June 26, 2011, you must make
your own arrangements directly with the Embassy Suites or
another local hotel in the Charlotte Metro area.
